In December, my daughter Taylor and I immersed ourselves in a week-long adventure to Copenhagen, Denmark that unfolded like a fairy tale.

Our journey commenced at the majestic Rosenborg Castle, where the snow-clad gardens and regal Crown Jewels transported us into a royal adventure. The history echoed like a storybook, creating memories that felt both enchanting and timeless.

Copenhagen's culinary scene was a highlight of our trip, offering a sensory delight ranging from Michelin-star cuisine to warming Grug (mulled wine) and indulgent

Queen's afternoon tea with delectable Danish pastries. Each bite celebrated the city's culinary prowess, leaving our taste buds dancing with joy and our hearts full.

Our itinerary was packed with museum visits that showcased art, culture, history, and design. The abundance of museums and castles tempted us to extend our stay, highlighting the rich tapestry of Copenhagen's cultural heritage.

Hold on tight – our adventure took an unexpected turn as we embraced a local tradition and plunged into the icy waters of the Baltic Sea! Daring and invigorating, the experience became a wild memory that will have us chuckling for years to come.
