This season as we start to safely re-enter the world and go back to our day to day routines, gyms are still one of those things that don’t quite make the cut. If you are opting out of the gym scene still and looking to spice up your living room workout routine we have curated these online workouts to help you keep fit while staying home! Sure to lift sprits, Cassey Ho’s “blogilates” routines flow to upbeat music while making sure to be inclusive of every experience level. You can find everything from stretch routines, meal plans, full body burns, and targeted focus routines on her site.

Rumble Boxing
With studios in many major cities across the US, Rumble Boxing allows trainers from all over the country to take to Instagram and lead viewers in shadow boxing routines. New to boxing? Not to worry each trainer goes over the basic steps at the beginning of each class. In addition to boxing they have a number of HITT, strength and cardio routines. You’re Fit Fitness
Australian fitness coach Lucy has some strength building and HITT routines that are sure to leave you burning for days to come. Try out her saved workouts on her IGTV channel and if you really love it she now offers subscription based classes as well. You’re Fit Fitness is a weekly staple in the Wilcox household, we can’t recommend her enough.

Workout in style with a number of West Coast trainers at this LA based studio. Saved to their IGTV they have a number of workouts that are sure to keep you feeling fit, fresh, and on energized.

Popsugar Fitness
Popsugar Fitness is an all around gold mine for workouts, fitness inspiration, health tips, and to follow along to some of your very own fitness icons. Their large breath of workouts covering everything from HITT, strength building, and equipment free workouts make them the perfect go-to while at home.

D.F.N. Outdoors
D.F.N. short for Dance Fitness Nika has high energy dance routines packed with fun music of all genres and eras. Find some new tunes while learning a few new moves, and as always working up a major sweat. Find Nika’s dances on her IGTV and if you love her she offers subscription based work outs as well!

Barre Fitness
If you have never tried Barre now is the time. These pointed routines and gentle flows will leave you burning while going easy on the joints. Barre Fitness also has a number of videos that focus on stretching and HITT all available on their IGTV.
